Criteria: Award applicants must demonstrate one or more of the following achievements; (1) dedication to improving the relationship between diverse groups in the Lancaster County area, (2) a significant history of empowering or supporting the empowerment of individuals to improve the condition of their own lives and (3) a proven commitment to creating a culture of inclusion in Lancaster County.
Eligibility: Individuals and/or companies are eligible to be nominated for a Champion of Diversity Award. Recipients will be determined by a review committee and will be based on the criteria and quality of the submission.
Nominations: Nominations can be made by downloading a nomination form or by requesting a nomination form from any ULLC Staff or Board member. The nomination form must be filled out in full and submitted by noon on Friday, May 8, 2009. Completed nominations may be submitted in one of three ways.
